In this ever-changing market environment, our professionals must be adaptable and thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture. We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:
- People Analytics Strategy: develop the people analytics vision and strategy, enabling solutions that cut across the entire employee lifecycle, define people analytics and deploy data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics.
- IA for HR: A for HR: identify and conceptualize use cases use cases to boost workforce and HR efficiency.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project, and financial management, and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
- Manage and guide a project team ensuring quality of deliverables and client relationship management.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers and methodology guides.
- Develop client network, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects to discuss issues and needs and forming productive relationships.
- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 – 8 years’ consulting experience in HR Transformation or Human Capital
- Should have experience in HR data strategy, people analytics models and technologies (IA Gen, Copilot, etc.)
- English Proficiency
